Who can manage seats and billing?
organization owner and organization admin.
Why can student invites fail suddenly?
Pending student invites also reserve seats, not just active students.
If Stripe seat verification is temporarily unavailable, student invites pause until seats can be checked safely.
Who allocates credits in organizations?
Admins allocate credits from the organization pool to students.
Why does a student's Profile still say Free?
Personal individual billing remains separate from organization access.
A student can have Free personal billing and still have Professional access through the organization.
Use Organization Access or Current Access to confirm inherited access; do not create a paid personal subscription just to represent organization access.
Why can learners not see content?
Both module and station must be Published.
If you customized a platform module, publish the org-owned fork rather than assuming the assigned source changed.
Once customized, the org-owned fork is the version shown for that organization instead of the matching platform source.
Public individual learners do not see organization-owned customized forks.
Why can I open a module but not edit it?
Platform Library and Assigned to Organization modules are read-only for org users.
Use Customize to create an editable org-owned fork.
Can tutors do everything admins do?
No. Tutors have teaching-focused access; billing and some operations stay with owner/admin.
