Accept an organization invitation and unlock training

Accept your organization invitation correctly and confirm training access in one pass.

Before you open the invitation

  • Use the same email address that received the invitation.
  • If you use multiple accounts, sign out first to avoid account mismatch.

Step-by-step

  1. Open the invitation email and click Accept Invitation.
  2. If prompted, sign in to your existing account or create a new account with the invited email.
  3. Confirm the organization name shown on the accept page is correct.
  4. Click the final accept/confirm button and wait for redirect to complete.
  5. Open Dashboard and then Organizations to confirm the new organization appears.
  6. Open Modules and launch one station to verify your training access is active.

If the invitation does not work

  • If you see Invitation expired, ask your admin to resend a new invitation.
  • If you see Wrong account, sign in with the invited email.
  • If you see Student seats are full, ask an org admin to increase seats in billing.
  • If you signed in with the wrong email, sign out and repeat the invitation with the invited email.
  • If the page loops, refresh once and open the invitation link again from your email.
