Create your account and complete first login

Before you start

• Use an email address you can check right now.
• Use one browser tab and complete each step in order.
• Use Chrome, Edge, or Safari for best compatibility.
• If your organization invited you, keep that invitation email open.

Step-by-step

1. Open gotoMedics and select Sign up.
2. Fill in your name, email, and password, then submit.
3. Check your inbox, open the verification email, and click the confirm button.
4. Sign in with your email and password.
5. Confirm your Dashboard loads.
6. Open Modules from the sidebar and confirm module cards are visible.
7. Open your profile menu and confirm your name/email are correct.

Quick checks

• If you are logged out automatically, sign in again and refresh once.
• If Modules is empty, your plan/org access may not be active yet.
• If your verification email is missing, check spam/junk and request another email.
