Run the day-to-day B2B admin flow: members, cohorts, and analytics.

Step-by-step

  1. Open your organization and go to Members.
  2. Review active members, pending invitations, and seat usage.
  3. Invite staff and students with correct roles and expiry dates.
  4. Open Cohorts and create cohorts by intake/class.
  5. Open each cohort and add eligible members.
  6. Remember: only STUDENT users can be added to cohorts.
  7. Open Analytics and review readiness and progress trends.
  8. Prioritize support for cohorts with higher needs-practice counts.

Tips

  • Use clear cohort names, for example: 2026 Intake A.
  • If student invites fail, check remaining seats and pending student invites.
  • If a page is blocked, verify role permissions first.
