  1. Open Organizations and select your organization.
  2. Open Organization Dashboard and review Seats & Credits.
  3. Open Admin Dashboard and confirm User Management loads.
  4. Open Members and invite one test tutor and one test student.
  5. Open Cohorts and create your first cohort.
  6. Open Analytics and confirm page access (empty state is okay for new orgs).
  7. Open Org Content and confirm module management access.

How to confirm setup is complete

  • You can open organization pages without access errors.
  • You can invite at least one member successfully.
  • You can see admin tools needed for daily operations.

  • If someone cannot open organization pages, check their role and invitation status.
  • Watch seat usage before sending large student invite batches.
  • Use clear role names so team members know what they can manage.
  • Do a quick test with one staff account and one student account before full rollout.
