Purchase top-up credits, verify Stripe checkout, and validate updated balance after return.

Who should use this guide

  • Use this flow for individual/B2C credit top-ups.
  • If you are an organization student, credits are usually allocated by your admin.

Step-by-step

  1. From your dashboard, click Buy Credits.
  2. Select a package and click Buy Now.
  3. Complete payment on the secure Stripe screen.
  4. After payment, wait to return to your Buy Credits page.
  5. Wait a few seconds, then confirm your new credit balance appears.
  6. If payment is canceled, choose a package again and retry.

Quick checks

  • You should see a success message after payment.
  • Your balance should increase without needing a full page refresh.
