Recover account access safely

Use built-in password recovery routes and return securely to your training pages.

Step-by-step

  1. Open the Sign in page.
  2. Confirm your email address is correct.
  3. Click Forgot password and request a reset email.
  4. Open the reset page and set a new password.
  5. Return to Sign in and log in with the new password.
  6. Confirm your dashboard opens normally.
  7. If your account belongs to an organization, open Modules once to confirm access is restored.

Safety tips

  • After resetting, sign out and sign in one more time.
  • Do not share your reset link with anyone else.
  • Use a unique password that you do not reuse on other websites.
