Use referrals to invite friends and track rewards

How referrals work

• You receive a personal referral code from your Referrals page.
• New users must use your referral link at sign-up for attribution.
• Rewards appear only after referral eligibility conditions are met.

Before you start

• Sign in to the same account where you want referral rewards recorded.
• Confirm you can open Dashboard > Referrals without access errors.
• Use one clear sharing message so referrals know exactly where to enter your code.

Step-by-step

1. From the left menu, open Dashboard and click Referrals.
2. Copy your referral link from the page.
3. Share your referral link with your invitee using email, chat, or your preferred channel.
4. Ask the invitee to use the same referral link when they sign up.
5. Return to Referrals and review your referral stats and status list.
6. Check for updates after the invitee completes onboarding/purchase requirements.

How to verify tracking

• Your referrals list should show new entries after valid referral activity.
• Status should move forward as the invitee completes required steps.
• Reward totals should update when criteria are fully satisfied.

If rewards are missing

• Confirm the invitee signed up using your referral link (not a different link or direct sign-up).
• Confirm the invitee completed all required eligibility actions.
• Wait a short period and refresh the page once for latest status.
• If still missing, contact support with your referral link and invitee email domain (not full private details).
